Interested parties have to pay half the weekly fee in advance in order to secure the apartment. In case of cancellation the money is not refunded. The other half will be send and the check has to clear a week before arrival. Client will provide return address so the security deposit can be returned a week after the departure. Money can be send via PAY-PAL or personal check. Once the ck clears you will be given information how to access the apartment upon arrival.
